This notice explains how our insurance and merchant services callback forms work.
What we collect
Insurance requests collect your name, phone number, insurer, current payment, registration state, language, and optional budget, call time and note. Merchant requests collect your name, phone, optional email, business name and type, state, monthly card volume range, pricing and equipment preferences, callback language, call time and optional note.
How we use it
Our staff review your request and contact you about the service you selected, its options and fees. Submitting a form does not buy or change insurance, open a merchant account, order equipment, or take payment. We record when you agree to be contacted.
Who can see it
Requests are available to authorized North Line staff in a password-protected dashboard. Staff can add follow-up notes and export requests to manage callbacks. Do not submit Social Security numbers, policy documents, card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive records in the note field.
Cookies and tracking
We store requests securely on our hosting server. Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie. We use a temporary browser-session identifier to count service-page visits, form starts and submissions; we do not include your form answers, contact details or full referring URLs in these statistics. Identifiers are hashed separately each day, and measurement records are retained for 90 days. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. When configured, staff email alerts contain a dashboard link rather than your contact details. Hosting and email providers process the technical data needed to provide these services.
